From South Texas to Michigan, and finally North Carolina, Chris has been building homes for satisfied clients for almost 40 yrs. In addition to new homes, Chris has completed countless commercial/residential additions, renovations and other contracting projects. Chris founded Thayer Contracting, Inc in 2012 with the sole purpose of fulfilling the market void that existed for Homeowners who wanted top quality, high-end labor at reasonable pricing. 

 

While Chris enjoys working 6+ days a week, in his downtime, he loves spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, entertaining guests, and attending Church.
